let’s get up and move today
workout deets
warm up:
3x as many unassisted pull-ups you can do
3x8 assisted pull ups
3x10 scapula pulls
workout:
12, 3x10 barbell rows
12, 3x10 seated rows
12, 3x10 single arm cable pull down
3x til failure cable back flies
cardio:
10 min walk (level 8-10)
5 min (30 sec level 15+ then 30 sec rest & repeat for 5 min)
