One of the best workouts I’ve had in a while!! Dig deep & push your limits. Remember your body is capable of so much more than your mind thinks👏🏼

1.Heel elevated back squat- 12,12,10,10,8,8 reps
2.Single leg leg press - 10 reps each leg - 4 sets
3.Static split lunge - 12 reps each leg - 4 sets

4.Pulse Goblet Squat- 8 reps- 4 sets
Superset with
5.Walking lunges - 10 each leg - 4 sets

6.Calf raises(on leg press) - 15 reps - 4 sets
