Use this Back and Biceps Workout to build a beautiful back and strong biceps.
back and biceps workout female - Details:
1 -A. Chin ups: 3 x amrap
B. Resistance band pull up: 3 x 10
2 - bent over bb row: 8, 10, 10, drop weight down and do 12-15 reps, last set till failure
3 - Incline chest support one arm row: 4 x 10-12 each arm, last set till failure
4 - Seated cable row (wide grip): 8, 8, 10, 12
5 - one arm cable lat pull down: 3 x 10 time under tension
6 - seated alternating hammer curl: 4 x amrap (choose weight that is difficult but able to finish at least 10 reps each arm)
7 - seated bicep curl - 3 x 10-12
Slide 8 - preacher curl - 3 x 12,
