WARM UP: 5-10 mins
1. lat pulldowns | 4x6-8
2. pull ups - assisted pull ups
*ideally would have like to start with these and NOT stack them one after another. this made the pull ups harder 10x BUT it’s the way equipment was available. feel free to move pull ups to the end or as part of your warm up!

3. cable bicep curls | 4x8-10
4. single arm bent over rows | 4x8
5. bicep curls | AMRAP heavy weight (3-5 rep range) drop weight & AMRAP again. *i started with 3-5 reps at 50lbs then went to 30lbs and did until failure.

15 reps x 4 rounds of the full circuit. This was my routine yesterday! Normally when I train upper body I do two muscles (4 exercises and 4 exercises) but I told you that these next few weeks I will be changing a bit of variations and exercises (the body gets used to everything, it is important to always vary). So I just focused on this muscle and did more exercises and I felt it soooooooooooo much. Remember that movements must always be controlled and try to take those short breaks so that you can get the most out of your training! come on #FemaleFitnessModels
