WARM UP: 5-10 mins
1. lat pulldowns | 4x6-8
2. pull ups - assisted pull ups
*ideally would have like to start with these and NOT stack them one after another. this made the pull ups harder 10x BUT it’s the way equipment was available. feel free to move pull ups to the end or as part of your warm up!
3. cable bicep curls | 4x8-10
4. single arm bent over rows | 4x8
5. bicep curls | AMRAP heavy weight (3-5 rep range) drop weight & AMRAP again. *i started with 3-5 reps at 50lbs then went to 30lbs and did until failure.
