         The best chest day I’ve ever had🥲🫶🏽 one of those workouts where everything just felt GOOD 
 
the mind to muscle connection, the weights were moving, the gym was pretty much empty…the recipe for ✨that✨ workout

✖️bench press - 3 x 4 @ 175 
(I know…like wut👀🥹) 
 
✖️incline chest press - 3 x 8-10 @ 55’s 
 
✖️chest flys - 4 x 12-15 
 
✖️seated shoulder press machine - 3 x 12  
 
✖️SA tricep extension - 3 x 10  
 
✖️tricep extensions - 3 x 12  
 
💞these are my STAPLE chest movements that I’ve been doing for close to a year - I swear by simplicity for strength
