15 reps x 4 rounds of the full circuit. This was my routine yesterday! Normally when I train upper body I do two muscles (4 exercises and 4 exercises) but I told you that these next few weeks I will be changing a bit of variations and exercises (the body gets used to everything, it is important to always vary). So I just focused on this muscle and did more exercises and I felt it soooooooooooo much.
