Ingredients:
3/4 cup (168 g) unsalted butter
3/4 cup (161 g) packed light brown sugar
3/4 cup (150 g) granulated white sugar
1.5 tsp (9 g) sea salt
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1 1/4 cup (197 g) all-purpose flour
8 oz (225 g) 60-70% cocoa dark chocolate, roughly chopped
