I wanted to try Joshua Weissman's Nashville Hot Chicken for the longest time now! It really is one of the best fried chicken that I've made! My Mom and Dad loved it and so do I! If you're gonna try a new way of cooking fried chicken then you should try this!

Chicken pieces salted and refrigerated for at least an hour

Hot Oil Sauce:
Cayenne
Paprika
Garlic Powder
Salt
Brown Sugar

Dredge:
Flour
Salt

Batter:
Buttermilk (or whole milk if you can't find any, like me)
Eggs
Hot Sauce
Pickle Brine
