Let’s stretch together!
Starting off with two stretching exercises targeting the quads. Moving into a straddle split variation that will stretch deep in your hips. Then brining the knees to the face for a lying leg hold, still targeting the hips but in a much more relaxed position. And ending with a back bend to really open up and loosen the upper body and hip flexors.
