Spoiler Alert 🚨: Jamming your own jam is cheaper than store bought jam, our homemade jam comes in at $1.33 per 100ml and Walmart's comes in at $2.32 per 100ml. (The prices of fruit and jam are variable do your own research before coming to a final conclusion) 2 lbs of raspberries makes roughly 700ml of jam.

アメリカではポテトバンズが昔から人気がありますが、
最近はこのブリオッシュバンズを使うハンバーガー店が増えてきました。

ブリオッシュの作りたてはもう絶品です！
今回のブリオッシュはアメリカの方のサイトを参考に作ってみました。

🔹ブリオッシュ レシピ　　　　 ６個分

🔹湯種の材料
ミルク 大さじ４ (60g)
水 大さじ２ (27g)
強力粉 大さじ２ (20g)

🔹ブリオッシュの材料
ミルク 1/2カップ (120g)
ドライイースト　　　　　　　　 大さじ１ (9g)
強力粉 2.5カップ (320g)
砂糖 大さじ２.５ (35g)
塩 小さじ１ (7g)
全卵 １個
卵黄 １個
バター 大さじ３ (42g)
溶き卵 １個
溶かしたバター 大さじ１ (14g)

作り方
１、湯種を作る
　　材料を合わせて火にかけ、ペースト状にする→冷蔵庫で冷やしておく
２、ミルクを35℃に温めてイーストを入れよくかき混ぜて8分ほどおく
３、強力粉に砂糖と塩を入れ、よく混ぜる。
４、上記の混合粉に玉子とイーストの入ったミルク、
　　冷えた湯種を入れボウルの中でよく混ぜる。
５、テーブルに移してべとつきがなくなるまでこねる。（約15〜25分）
６、バターを入れ、改めて馴染むまで捏ねる。
７、ボウルに入れて２倍になるまで膨らませる（１次発酵）
８、テーブルに乗せ、軽く練って中の空気を抜く
９、６等分して丸く整形し、布巾をかぶせて2時発酵
１０、オーブンは190度に温めておく
１１、２倍に膨れたら表面に溶き卵を塗り、オーブンで約16〜18分焼く
１２、焼きあがったら熱いうちうに溶かしバターを塗る

🔹パテ材料 　　　　　　　　　３人前
牛ひき肉 500g
ガーリックパウダー 3g
オニオンパウダー 3g
塩 5g
黒胡椒 2g
軽く混ぜて約85グラムに分ける（６個）


🔹バーガーソース材料
マヨネーズ 50g
ケチャップ 30g
マスタード 25g
ウスター（トンカツ）ソース 25g
ケッパー 12g
黒胡椒 小さじ2g

2 Päckchen Trockenhefe oder 13g
365ml handwarmes Wasser (ca 35°C)
21g weiche oder aufgelöste Butter

Für die 4%ige Lauge:
500ml Wasser
20g Natriumhydoxyd in Lebensmittelqualität (aus der Apotheke oder Backwarenversand)

Grobes Salz zum bestreuen

Backen für 15-20 Minuten im Umluftherd bei 220°C

Die Mengenangaben sind aufgrund der Umrechnung aus imperialen Maßen etwas "unrund".

Well, this is my very first sourdough bread unveiling. There is a little song in the middle where you have a chance to comment and guess whether my attempt will be a fail or if it actually worked. Let me know how you think it will turn out.

From the beginning of the sourdough starter to the bread you see today, I followed everything he said and I will let you be the judge. I think I have watched almost all of his videos and everything he cooks I would love to sample. Anyway, I am not fanboying but go check him out.
