Today I trained like the one and only Kim Kardashian!

Now we all know that Kim Kardashian has in fact had a BBL and her glutes were not fully developed from just going to the gym alone. However I was extremely intrigued what her workout looked like as I wasn't aware of it before this session!

It was super fun to switch things up for my training again and try yet another alternative style and throw in some new exercises.

As I mention in this video, training and certain movements are not a one size fits all and certain things just may not suit you and your structure as I discovered today!! and that is OKAY!!!

Anywho I really enjoyed this one and if there is anyone you would like me to look into as too how they train and replicate it myself then be sure to let me know! ☺️
