Release regrets, and don't hold onto them for too long. Holding onto regrets can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and sadness, which can negatively impact one's mental and emotional health. By releasing regrets, one can let go of these negative emotions and achieve a greater sense of peace and happiness.
Dwelling on past regrets can prevent individuals from making proper decisions in the present. Releasing regrets allows individuals to focus on the present moment and make decisions based on what they need and want now, rather than being influenced by past regrets.
Releasing regrets allows individuals to learn from past mistakes and use those lessons to grow and improve themselves. When individuals let go of regrets, they can focus on their strengths and work towards achieving their goals.
Holding onto regrets can lead to negative feelings towards oneself and others, which can strain relationships. Releasing regrets can help individuals let go of grudges and resentments and approach their relationships with a more positive attitude.
Regrets can cause excessive stress and anxiety, which can have negative effects on the body. Releasing regrets can help reduce stress levels, allowing the body to relax and recover.
Regrets can keep us up at night, leading to poor sleep quality. By releasing them, we may be able to sleep better and more restfully, which can help improve overall health.
Holding firmly onto them can be draining, both mentally and physically. Releasing regrets can help free up energy that was previously spent dwelling on past mistakes, allowing us to feel more energized and focused on the present moment.
Overall, releasing regrets is an important step towards achieving greater mental and emotional well-being, making better decisions, fostering self-growth, and building stronger relationships.
The goal is not to forget about them but to allow yourself to move on, and not repeat them in the future.

This heart chakra healing music is designed to help you unblock and balance your heart chakra. The heart chakra, or Anahata, is the fourth of the seven chakras. It is a profound energy center, radiating unconditional love, compassion, emotional resilience, and stability.
It is a crucial platform for establishing the inner peace and harmony required to continue on the path of personal growth. The lower chakras – root, sacral, and solar plexus – govern our primal instincts and emotions. Their imbalances often result in anxiety, stress, and fear, making the interconnected work in the heart and higher chakras challenging. The heart chakra is pivotal in one's spiritual journey because it is a gateway between the lower and upper chakras.
Human behavior is further deeply influenced by the pursuit of love and connection. This represents the psychosocial necessity to cultivate profound and significant connections with others and the desire to form an intimate and meaningful relationship. These desires manifest in our personal aspirations and innate drive to align our emotions to determine our life's direction.

Balancing the heart chakra is a crucial progression on the path to enlightenment. While it's beneficial to work towards harmonizing each chakra, it's essential to remember that this process isn't about achieving an ideal state in each energy center before proceeding to the next. Our chakras are interconnected, and energy flows between them, suggesting that imbalances are typically interrelated. Focusing on one chakra can induce shifts in others.
Spiritual growth is a journey, not a destination. It's about ongoing self-discovery, healing, and growth. As you progress, you may find yourself returning to previously balanced chakras as new layers of healing and understanding emerge. Essentially, the path to enlightenment is about comprehensive balance and harmony among all chakras, not absolute completion in each individual one. A balanced heart chakra kindles the transformation of personal power into emotional energy, contributing to the upward flow of the dormant Kundalini energy through the seven chakras as spiritual development proceeds.

This relaxing music and meditation music is based upon the neural entrainment phenomenon. Our brains tend to synchronize to external stimulation, including auditory, visual, tactile, or electromagnetic stimuli. The human brain has an average of 86 billion neurons that communicate to form our thoughts, emotions, and behavior. When our neurons communicate en masse, it produces a synchronized electrical pulse known as a brainwave. With neural entrainment, our brainwaves can align to this auditory stimulation. As a result, we can stimulate our neurons and induce brainwaves in ways that could positively affect our psychology and physiology. Sensory deprivation tanks, also known as isolation tanks or float tanks, are lightproof and soundproof tanks filled with water that's saturated with magnesium sulfate. Sensory deprivation tanks are designed to cut off nearly all external stimuli, leading to deep relaxation and a unique sensory experience. Without regular sensory input, the brain sometimes creates its own, which can lead to hallucinations. These can be visual, auditory, or tactile.
I've created this sensory deprivation tank simulation in order to try to replicate this experience for people who don't have the access to one nearby, or are unable to cover the expenses to use it. Buying your own can be costly (typically between $2000 and $30000), and each session costs $30 to $150 on average. I wanted to try to give people a glimpse of what it could be like, but mimicking something like this is very difficult to do accurately. I also wanted to experiment, and try new video production techniques to improve my skills.
Without the usual external stimuli, the mind begins to drift, similar to the moments right before sleep. One of the most immediate and noticeable effects is profound relaxation. It can help decrease cortisol levels, the body's primary stress hormone. Some people report improved clarity of thought or breakthroughs in personal or professional challenges. In the absence of external distractions, one can have profound insights, reflections, and even moments of epiphany. For people interested in meditation and mindfulness, this can be a game-changer.
To get the most out of this video, you should attempt to reduce stimulation to your other senses and reduce the likelihood of distractions as much as possible.
Sight: Turn off the lights, or wear an eye mask.
Touch: Get comfortable! Whether that's sitting in a comfortable position or ideally lying down.
Hearing: Turn off anything nearby that emits a sound. Headphones are recommended, but not required.
Smell: Ensure there are no smells that could distract you or light your favorite incense or candle.
Breathing: Deep breath in, hold it, and release. Steady, controlled breathing until you find your rhythm.
Taste: Hydrate yourself with water. This will reduce any stimulation to your tastebuds through dilution.
These suggestions are optional but recommended. However, if you can do all of these things, it will improve your experience. Enjoy! 🙏

Releasing self-limiting patterns and beliefs can bring several benefits, including:
- Increased self-confidence: By letting go of excessive negative self-talk and beliefs, you can feel more confident and positive about yourself.
- Improved mental health: Excessive negative self-talk and limiting beliefs can contribute to mental health issues. By releasing these, you can reduce symptoms and improve overall well-being.
- Better decision-making: Limiting beliefs can limit your options and prevent you from making the best decisions. By releasing them, you can become more open to new possibilities and make choices that align with your values and goals.
- More fulfilling relationships: Limiting beliefs about yourself can impact your relationships with others. By releasing these beliefs, you can become more authentic, confident, and better able to connect with others.
- Greater resilience: By letting go of negative self-talk and beliefs, you can become more resilient in the face of challenges and setbacks.
To release self-limiting patterns and beliefs, you can try the following techniques:
- Challenging evidence: Ask yourself if the evidence supports your limiting beliefs. If not, it may be time to let them go.
- Reframing: Try to reframe negative thoughts into positive ones. For example, instead of thinking "I'm not good enough," try thinking "I am working on improving and becoming the best version of myself."
- Mindfulness and self-awareness: Practice being present in the moment and observing your thoughts and beliefs without judgment. This can help you identify and challenge negative self-talk and limiting beliefs.
- Cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT): CBT is a form of therapy that can help you challenge and change negative thought patterns.

This 432 Hz sound bath combines over 100 healing frequencies from many of the most popular tuning fork sets (including Solfeggio, Chakra, OM, Organs, DNA, Nogier, Otto, and Cosmic Octave). I've also added traditional Tibetan singing bowls and binaural beats layered on top of a meditative soundscape.

01:10:00 - Deep Delta/Epsilon Waves (0.5 Hz)
01:20:00 - Epsilon Waves (0.333 Hz)
01:30:00-1:50:00 - Deep Delta/Epsilon Waves (0.5 Hz, 0.333 Hz, 0.25 Hz)
02:00:00-2:30:00 - Deep Delta/Epsilon Waves (0.5 Hz, 0.333 Hz, 0.25 Hz, 0.111 Hz)
02:08:00 - Audio Softens
02:40:00 - Epsilon Waves Continue (0.333 Hz)
7.83 Hz (Schumann Resonance) and 9.6 Hz plays periodically throughout the video.
*All frequencies from each series will be listed in my pinned comment.
The binaural beats gradually transition from 2.5 Hz to 0.111 Hz. As the video progresses, the audio gently softens and the screen darkens. Let your mind and body drift into total relaxation or a deep sleep as the binaural beats slowly guide you from gentle Delta waves down to the ultra-low and deep Epsilon frequencies. The music softly fades and the screen gradually darkens, creating the perfect atmosphere for meditation, relaxation, sleep, or to be played in the background for anything else you'd like to do.
While this composition features frequencies from popular tuning fork sets, I've used precise digital tuning forks (from my second channel) rather than physical ones. This ensures 100% frequency accuracy, as even the highest-quality physical tuning forks naturally vary by 1-5% due to factors like temperature changes, manufacturing variables, corrosion, and micro-deformations from regular use. These "digital tuning forks" are guaranteed to be 100% accurate, so that's why I chose them instead.
You can listen for as long as you'd like, but the first set of healing frequencies lasts one hour, and repeats after that at a lower volume.
This one was very challenging for me to mix and master. I've tried to balance everything as best as I could across 4 devices (headphones, mobile device speakers, TV speakers, and studio monitors). It's not perfect, but it's the best I could do while trying to balance it for so many devices. For the best sound, I'd recommend headphones, but they're not at all required.
As you continue listening, the audio softens, slowly gets quieter, and the screen darkens.
Suggestions for best results (not required):
- Get comfortable
- Listen at a low/comfortable volume and/or use headphones
- Turn off the lights

Isochronic tones are a type of auditory stimulation often utilized in sound therapy and meditation practices. They are a form of brainwave entrainment, a method designed to harmonize the brain's electrical activity with external auditory stimuli, such as rhythmic sounds or tones.
Differing from binaural beats, another prevalent form of brainwave entrainment, isochronic tones involve a solitary tone that swiftly switches on and off at a consistent pace. This creates a distinct, pulsating auditory experience that stands out and doesn't necessitate the use of headphones, which is a requirement for binaural beats. The steady rhythmic pattern of isochronic tones is believed to impact the brain's wave patterns and potentially trigger various mental states.
Advocates of isochronic tones propose that listening to these tones can aid in achieving particular states of consciousness, such as relaxation, meditation, heightened focus, improved sleep, and even altered states of awareness. The various frequencies of isochronic tones are linked to distinct brainwave states:
Delta (0.5 - 4 Hz): Associated with deep sleep and unconsciousness.
Theta (4 - 8 Hz): Tied to meditation, deep relaxation, and creativity.
Alpha (8 - 14 Hz): Connected with a tranquil and composed state often experienced during meditation.
Beta (14 - 30 Hz): Linked to alertness, active thinking, and problem-solving.
Gamma (30 - 100 Hz): Related to advanced cognitive processing and heightened perception.

The intention of this meditation is to build new neural pathways and strengthen existing ones. The cerebral hemispheres are divided into a right hemisphere and a left hemisphere. These brain hemispheres communicate with each other through a thick band of 200-250 million nerve fibers called the corpus callosum. Each hemisphere of the brain is dominant for certain behaviors. During meditation, the corpus callosum becomes deeply stimulated. New foundations of neural pathways are built, which allows both hemispheres to communicate in sync and to a higher degree.
This meditation facilitates a profound journey of an individual's personal growth and development, which is viewed as a reflection of the human experience and search for meaning and purpose.
This journey is characterized by its focus on personal growth and development, forcing individuals to confront their beliefs, values, and assumptions about the world. It is a search for self-discovery, where individuals can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and the world.
Brain hemisphere synchronization refers to the process of achieving a state in which both the left and right hemispheres of the brain work together optimally, in harmony. This is an important aspect of brain function as both hemispheres play different roles in our cognitive processes.
The left hemisphere is generally associated with analytical thinking, logic, language, and sequential processing, while the right hemisphere is associated with creativity, intuition, spatial awareness, and holistic thinking. When the two hemispheres are in sync, it allows for a more balanced approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Meditation is one way to promote brain hemisphere synchronization and enhance the function of the corpus callosum. Research has shown that regular meditation can increase activity in the prefrontal cortex, a region of the brain responsible for decision-making, attention, and self-awareness. This increased activity leads to greater connectivity between the two hemispheres, allowing for greater synchronization.
Headphones are recommended but not required.

The third eye (also called the mind's eye) is a mystical and esoteric concept of a speculative invisible eye, usually depicted as located on the forehead, which provides perception beyond ordinary sight.[1]
In Dharmic spiritual traditions (Hinduism) from Nepal and India, the third eye refers to the Ajna (or brow) chakra.[2] The third eye refers to the gate that leads to the inner realms and spaces of higher consciousness. In spirituality, the third eye often symbolizes a state of enlightenment or the evocation of mental images having deeply personal spiritual, or psychological significance. The third eye is often associated with religious visions, the ability to observe chakras and auras,[3] and out-of-body experiences.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, the third eye is said to be located around the middle of the forehead, slightly above the junction of the eyebrows, representing the enlightenment one achieves through meditation.[4][5] Hindus also place a "tilaka" between the eyebrows as a representation of the third eye,[6] Buddhists regard the third eye as the "eye of consciousness," representing the vantage point from which enlightenment beyond one's physical sight is achieved.[4]
In Taoism and many traditional Chinese religious sects, "third eye training" involves focusing attention on the point between the eyebrows with the eyes closed and while the body is in various qigong postures. The goal of this training is to allow students to tune into the correct "vibration" of the universe and gain a solid foundation on which to reach a more advanced meditative state. Taoism teaches that the third eye, also called the mind's eye, is situated between the two physical eyes and expands up to the middle of the forehead when opened. Taoism asserts that the third eye is one of the main energy centers of the body located at the sixth Chakra, forming a part of the main meridian, the line separating the left and right hemispheres of the body.[7]
According to the Christian teaching of Father Richard Rohr, the concept of the third eye is a metaphor for non-dualistic thinking, the way the mystics see. In Rohr's concept, mystics employ the first eye (sensory input such as sight) and the second eye (the eye of reason, meditation, and reflection), "but they know not to confuse knowledge with depth, or mere correct information with the transformation of consciousness itself. The mystical gaze builds upon the first two eyes—and yet goes further."[8]
Adherents of H. P. Blavatsky have suggested that the third eye is, in fact, the partially dormant pineal gland, which resides between the two hemispheres of the brain.[9] According to this belief, humans had in far ancient times an actual third eye in the back of the head with a physical and spiritual function. Over time, as humans evolved, this eye atrophied and sunk into what today is known as the pineal gland.[11] Rick Strassman has hypothesized that the pineal gland, which maintains light sensitivity, is responsible for the production and release of this: https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/306889

This is a quick chakra alignment meditation track and is useful for individuals who want to open up, and work on all 7 chakras back-to-back. Each chakra is stimulated for 2 minutes each, for a total of 14 minutes, then it repeats for 8 hours. It is composed of carefully selected frequencies to maximize the effectiveness of this chakra meditation.
NEW VERSION: https://youtu.be/qAHDaCb4CIw
According to ancient traditions, it's understood that balanced and open chakras allow for unobstructed energy flow throughout the body, fostering vitality and well-being. Conversely, blockages or imbalances in the chakras are believed to contribute to physical or emotional challenges. Hence, opening the chakras is considered beneficial for one's physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
Chakras, as per Hindu and Buddhist teachings, are the body's energy centers. There are seven primary chakras, each linked to a specific body part and aspect of human existence. These chakras are pivotal for an individual's physical, emotional, and spiritual health. Each chakra corresponds to a specific color, element, and facet of consciousness. The seven main chakras are:
The root chakra (Muladhara), located at the spine's base, resonates with the color red. Connected to the earth element, it governs feelings of security and stability.

The sacral chakra (Svadhishthana), positioned in the lower abdomen and represented by orange, is linked to water. It influences relationships and creativity.

The solar plexus chakra (Manipura), found in the upper abdomen and associated with yellow, corresponds to fire. It's central to personal power and self-esteem.

The heart chakra (Anahata), at the chest and symbolized by green, is tied to air. It's crucial for love and emotional connection.

A fractal zoom reveals and illustrates the concept of the infinite in a way that is easier for our human brains to understand. These mathematical constructs contain intricate, mesmerizing patterns that repeat endlessly – each level of magnification unveiling new details that mirror the whole. As you keep zooming deeper, fractals offer a unique window into understanding infinity, making the abstract concept tangible through their never-ending repetition of patterns. This visual journey through the Mandelbrot fractal and other fractal patterns does more than demonstrate mathematical principles – it evokes a profound sense of wonder about the limitless complexity woven into the fabric of our universe.
In nature, we see fractal patterns everywhere. Even our bodies contain fractal patterns. What I find most compelling is how these fractal patterns often represent optimal solutions that evolution has discovered. They tend to maximize efficiency – whether it's for distributing nutrients, gathering sunlight, or providing structural stability. Nature seems to have utilized fractal patterns as an elegant solution to complex problems of growth and resource distribution. The fact that the same patterns keep appearing – in our neural networks, circulatory system, in mycelial networks, and many more examples – suggests these aren't coincidences but rather optimal solutions that emerge naturally.
There's also a deeper philosophical implication about scale and perspective. Fractal patterns challenge our intuitive notions about size and importance. In a fractal, you can zoom in endlessly and find new worlds of complexity at every level. The most mind-bending implication might be about the nature of infinity itself. Fractals are a great visual aid for demonstrating that finite space can contain infinite detail.
The hierarchical structure of consciousness also suggests fractal-like organization. From basic sensory awareness to higher-order metacognition, each level of consciousness seems to build on and reflect aspects of other levels. Our thoughts contain sub-thoughts, memories reference other memories, and our awareness can recursively examine itself (we can think about thinking about thinking). Even the way our neural networks are organized shows fractal-like patterns. The brain's structure exhibits self-similarity across different scales, from individual neurons to larger neural networks. This physical structure might reflect the fractal nature of conscious experience itself.
Emotional awareness shows an even more intricate fractal structure. Take anxiety as an example: You might feel anxious, become aware of feeling anxious, feel anxious about feeling anxious, become aware of that meta-anxiety, feel frustrated about being caught in this loop, become aware of that frustration... Each emotional state generates its own pattern of awareness and branching emotions, creating infinite complexity from simple initial conditions.
This model might also explain why mindfulness practices can be so powerful. When we observe our thoughts and emotions without judgment, we're essentially stepping back to see the larger pattern – like zooming out to appreciate its overall structure. This perspective can help break recursive loops of negative thinking by recognizing them as patterns. Each choice reverberates through multiple layers of awareness, each adding its own emotional and intuitive components to the final outcome.
I'll be uploading many more fractal zoom videos, you can find them here: https://www.youtube.com/playli....st?list=PL0kJgNPfmys

This sleep music and relaxing music is based upon the neural entrainment phenomenon. Binaural beats are an auditory illusion that occurs when two tones of slightly different frequencies are played separately to each ear. This creates a perceived single pulsating tone that is perceived to be at the frequency of the difference between the two tones. Binaural beats are often used for relaxation or to help with sleep and are sometimes also used to improve focus and concentration or to induce a meditative state.
The carrier frequency refers to the base frequency to which a binaural beat is added. It's the primary tone that you hear in one ear before the offset (the binaural beat frequency) is applied to create the desired binaural beat in the brain. For example, if you play a tone of 300 Hz in the left ear and 310 Hz in the right ear. The brain will perceive a third tone of 10 Hz, the difference between the two frequencies. This third tone is the binaural beat.
Different offset frequencies correspond to different brainwave states:
- Delta (1-4 Hz): Deep sleep and relaxation.
- Theta (4-8 Hz): Drowsiness, meditation, and REM sleep.
- Alpha (8-14 Hz): Relaxed alertness and mindfulness.
- Beta (14-30 Hz): Active, analytical thought.
- Gamma (30-100 Hz): Associated with peak concentration and cognition.

Fall asleep within minutes with this gentle sleep music that was designed to help you effortlessly fall asleep fast, and get the deep sleep your body needs. While you are falling asleep, the volume of this sleep music gets quieter, and is accompanied by soft white noise to help block out distracting sounds that could wake you up while you're sleeping.
This sleep music was composed in 432Hz, and uses many carefully selected frequencies to guide you into a deep sleep. I like to think the relaxing piano melody is gently massaging your brain, releasing the stress accumulated throughout the day. As the sleep music progresses, new melodies are slowly introduced to you, and before you know it, you'll be getting the rest you need. Try it tonight and please let me know how you slept. 🙏
Deep sleep is so important, and it's value is often overlooked. Most people for many reasons can't, or don't get enough sleep. As a result, people are chronically tired or fatigued. If this applies to you, then you should know (first-hand) that this affects you for the rest of your day by hindering your productivity and creativity, while making it much more difficult to think and learn among so many other problems. A lack of sleep, or poor sleep quality negatively affects your mood, emotional state, and memory while exacerbating anxiety and depression. Before you know it, you'll have a feedback loop that will be a downward spiral for your mental health. This relaxing music was designed for sleep, but it can also be used during meditation, yoga, or while trying to relax after a long day.
There are many sleep benefits when you get the proper rest you need. Experience these sleep benefits for yourself:
• Cell regeneration: Deep sleep supports your body's natural renewal processes.
• Energy restoration: Wake up feeling refreshed, and energized to face the challenges of the day.
• Overall well-being: Deep sleep supports physical and mental health for a better quality of life.
• Stress reduction: Wake up feeling calmer, and less stressed.
• Memory and Learning: Deep sleep helps process and consolidate short-term memory, improve learning efficiency and reading comprehension.
• Healthy metabolism: Deep sleep supports healthy metabolism and may contribute to improved weight management efforts.
• Promoting growth and repair of tissues and bones
• Increasing blood supply to muscles for faster recovery.
What happens when you don't get good quality sleep? It can cause premature aging, and health conditions you will want to avoid: https://www.cell.com/neuron/fu....lltext/S0896-6273(17

Some individuals may experience lucid dreaming when using this deep sleep music. Lucid dreaming is a state of consciousness during sleep where you become aware that you are dreaming. This awareness grants varying levels of control, from simply recognizing the dream state, to actively shaping your dream's narrative, environment, and characters. There are many lucid dreaming benefits:
• Personal Growth: Lucid dreaming helps with self-reflection and exploring different aspects of yourself.
• Creativity and Problem Solving: Dreams offer unusual perspectives, and lucid dreams can give you a unique sandbox for ideas.
• Overcoming Nightmares: Becoming aware within a nightmare can give you the ability to change it or wake yourself up.
• Confronting Fears and Phobias: In a safe, controlled dream environment, you can practice facing anxieties.
• Fun and relief: The ability to experience the impossible, only limited by your imagination.
While lucid dreaming is productive and can be fun, it's essential to cycle through sleep states, and get enough deep sleep, which seems to be getting more difficult for many of us.

The third eye is a mystical and esoteric concept of a speculative invisible eye, usually depicted as located on the forehead, which provides perception beyond ordinary sight.[1]
Adherents of theosophist H.

LET GO Of Fear, Overthinking And Worries - Cleanse All Negative Energy. This meditation works great for me personally, and I hope it does for you too.
The process of letting go of fear, overthinking, and worries, coupled with the act of cleansing negative energy through meditation, is profoundly beneficial on multiple levels. At its core, engaging in such practices has a profound impact on mental health and well-being. When individuals constantly ruminate on fears or engage in excessive overthinking, they often find themselves in a state of chronic stress. This not only clouds judgment, leading to impaired decision-making but also exacerbates various physical health problems and mental disorders. Conversely, by releasing these fears and worries, you can reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and break the self-perpetuating cycles of negative thinking.
The act of letting go helps individuals build resilience. By facing and releasing fears, individuals often find themselves becoming more emotionally robust over time. This process not only creates space for more positive emotions like joy, gratitude, and love to flourish but also heightens self-awareness and personal growth.
Releasing negative energies can lead to a deepened connection to the universe, a higher power, or your inner self. Many believe that these energies act as barriers, and by letting them go, you can achieve a profound sense of inner peace, grounding, and centeredness. Additionally, this practice encourages being present in the moment, a fundamental tenet of many spiritual teachings.
In terms of interpersonal relations, a person with a clear and peaceful mind is naturally better equipped to understand and empathize with others. They become less reactive, leading to healthier interpersonal dynamics and more frequent engagements in compassionate and kind actions towards others.
