今回はブリオッシュのバーガーバンズのレシピです。
アメリカではポテトバンズが昔から人気がありますが、
最近はこのブリオッシュバンズを使うハンバーガー店が増えてきました。

ブリオッシュの作りたてはもう絶品です！
今回のブリオッシュはアメリカの方のサイトを参考に作ってみました。
とっても美味しいブリオッシュです。

今回レシピのリクエストも頂いたので、改めてバンズの作り方から投稿します。

ハンバーガーは参考に載せましたが、
お好きなパテにトッピングでお作りくださいませ。

レシピ

🔹ブリオッシュレシピ　　　　６個分

🔹湯種の材料
ミルク大さじ４ (60g)
水大さじ２ (27g)
強力粉大さじ２ (20g)

🔹ブリオッシュの材料
ミルク 1/2カップ (120g)
ドライイースト　　　　　　　　大さじ１ (9g)
強力粉 2.5カップ (320g)
砂糖大さじ２.５ (35g)
塩小さじ１ (7g)
全卵１個
卵黄１個
バター大さじ３ (42g)
溶き卵１個
溶かしたバター大さじ１ (14g)

作り方
１、湯種を作る
　　材料を合わせて火にかけ、ペースト状にする→冷蔵庫で冷やしておく
２、ミルクを35℃に温めてイーストを入れよくかき混ぜて8分ほどおく
３、強力粉に砂糖と塩を入れ、よく混ぜる。
４、上記の混合粉に玉子とイーストの入ったミルク、
　　冷えた湯種を入れボウルの中でよく混ぜる。
５、テーブルに移してべとつきがなくなるまでこねる。（約15〜25分）
６、バターを入れ、改めて馴染むまで捏ねる。
７、ボウルに入れて２倍になるまで膨らませる（１次発酵）
８、テーブルに乗せ、軽く練って中の空気を抜く
９、６等分して丸く整形し、布巾をかぶせて2時発酵
１０、オーブンは190度に温めておく
１１、２倍に膨れたら表面に溶き卵を塗り、オーブンで約16〜18分焼く
１２、焼きあがったら熱いうちうに溶かしバターを塗る

チーズバーガーレシピ

🔹パテ材料　　　　　　　　　３人前
牛ひき肉 500g
ガーリックパウダー 3g
オニオンパウダー 3g
塩 5g
黒胡椒 2g
軽く混ぜて約85グラムに分ける（６個）

🔹バーガーソース材料
マヨネーズ 50g
ケチャップ 30g
マスタード 25g
ウスター（トンカツ）ソース 25g
ケッパー 12g
黒胡椒小さじ2g

Spoiler Alert 🚨: Jamming your own jam is cheaper than store bought jam, our homemade jam comes in at $1.33 per 100ml and Walmart's comes in at $2.32 per 100ml. (The prices of fruit and jam are variable do your own research before coming to a final conclusion) 2 lbs of raspberries makes roughly 700ml of jam.

What you'll need:
2lbs of 907g of fruit 🍎
2 21/2 cups of sugar
1/3 cup of lemon juice 🍋

Time to talk recipes!
I've been wanting to make this video for a while because it's something I get asked a LOT; "where did you get the recipe?!" or "how can I find beginner recipes?"
In this video, I'll show you some options on where to get recipes, how to find beginner recipes online & on Youtube and some tips on how to store recipes once you find good ones you'd like to use again and again.
Next week I'll talk about how to correctly read a recipe & measure ingredients accurately for the best consistent cooking results.
