This is a great one to target your glutes, hamstrings, and create that lift in those cheeks! Fire leg day to use as a staple for weeks to progress in, those B-stance RDLs are definitely one of my top favorite movements for that 🍑 pump!
And if the weights ever feel way heavier than usual/you aren’t feeling the workout at all, here’s a couple things I do:
