I often get asked what my training split is so I thought Iโd make a little video on it. This is what works for me and itโs taken me a while to work my way up to be training 5-6 times a week. Everyone is different so this is by no means what you should be doing!
Havenโt included all my cardio but I typically have at least one day of fasted cardio and usually start all my weight sessions with some light cardio to warm up ๐ช๐ฝโฃ
