Today I trained like the one and only Kim Kardashian!
Now we all know that Kim Kardashian has in fact had a BBL and her glutes were not fully developed from just going to the gym alone. However I was extremely intrigued what her workout looked like as I wasn't aware of it before this session!
It was super fun to switch things up for my training again and try yet another alternative style and throw in some new exercises.
As I mention in this video, training and certain movements are not a one size fits all and certain things just may not suit you and your structure as I discovered today!! and that is OKAY!!!

Welcome back to my channel guys! ❤Insta - @hattiejamesfit @hattiefitnessx @hattie_modelling Today's video was filmed on the 11th November and is my most recent check in video to show you guys how my physique is looking! I have done a couple videos now dedicated purely to my physique update and what's going on. This one is a little different as it is the first "off season" up to date video since my last. Therefore the aim is now no longer to lose weight and get leaner but to gain strength and build more muscle! : )Given I am in the "Wellness" category within Bodybuilding it means that I am actively trying to have a more dominant lower physique. Due to my genetics it is also where I naturally carry most of my fat and it therefore appears bigger too. I am still training upper body and trying to grow and develop muscle in that area also. Within the Wellness criteria your lower including Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes and Calves need to appear more dominant within the physique. That being said you still need a dense and well formed upper. My stats on the day of filming - 183lbs ish - I haven't weighed myself in a couple of weeks now I am 5'7 and 25 and have been training for roughly 5 years however I only class my training to be effective over the last 3 years since I was at the end of my prep back in 2022 ☺I am not natural and have used PED's. This includes HGH (Human Growth Hormone) which I have inputted into my daily supplements for the last 2 years.
